Store.

All products are tested before being packaged for dispatch and will have a certificate of working order enclosed. Overtech Design's accept no responsibility for damage to users caused by use of the site. In the event of a faulty or damaged product, please contact us BEFORE returning the item for a RMA number to be put on the return packaging. Faliure to do this will result in the customers refund or replacement being delayed.

Shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours but can be delayed during excessively busy periods. We ship all orders via a tracked or recorded delivery and someone should be home to sign for the parcel. We will Email customers with tracking information when the order has been dispatched and include an estimated delivery date. We will refund or replace items damaged in transit only when the original item has been returned to us. Customers are responsible for paying return postage.

Images of a unclean nature will be rejected.
